Role definition (Chile Law No. 21.719):
The Tourism Company Customer is the Data Controller and owner of the information. ITS-Phoenix Limitada is the Data Processor, technology custodian, does not commercialize the data and maintains confidentiality and trade secrecy.
Data processed and purpose:
The PWA collects credentials (company RUT, user RUT, encrypted passwords), commercial and operational management (customers, tour schedules, additional services, participants, forms, checks, media, events and incidents) and real-time reports for the exclusive use of the tour operator management.
Security and integrity:
Communications are encrypted under HTTPS/SSL, local storage is isolated by the browser and cloud databases are logically segregated so each company cannot access data from others.
Non-payment suspension and portability:
Lack of payment allows suspension of access. Suspension does not destroy the information; records are kept for a technical period of 30 calendar days before definitive deletion. While the license is active, the company can export native reports of tours, services and incidents.
